It is possible for you to end up paying for the damage done in another industry to one of your employees.

If one of your employees leaves and goes to a similar job and suffers an injury, it is possible for you to pick up some of the costs of that injury even if there was no damage caused to the employee whilst working for you.

The classic example is loss of hearing in noisy occupations. If an employee goes deaf and you have a noisy workplace you may be liable for some of the costs of that claim.
